If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased from EcoluxLighting.com, you may return it within 30 days of purchase; period. We may ask questions but only to see how we may improve the light for everyone. Returns aren’t expected but you never know. Our goal is to do everything to make our customers happy. Please do not request a return if the light has been altered or the installation instructions have not been followed. We respect all of our customers and only ask for your honesty in return.
If your light fails within 90 days of original purchase, we will replace the entire thing.

Please include the reason for your return, what you are returning and your mailing address.
We will respond with the shipping address and any further instructions.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping costs.
We promise to process the refund of your money or send you a replacement product within 3 business day after we receive the returned or defective product.
